  • How do I know if I should choose with neutral version or no neutral version?

  • Does ADI offer installation services?
    Yes, some door lock products already include basic installation services, which customers can pick from the product options. Installation services for smart home products are also available at a daily rate. If you need it, please contact us (WhatsApp: +852 6802 9155).
  • Can I return or request a refund?
    In general, we do not accept product returns or cancellations. Upon receipt of the order, the supplier will be arranged to register the product number for maintenance purposes, but if the customer finds that the product is undesirable or unsuitable for installation: (a) Before shipment, we may change the product model for the customer at our discretion according to the supplier's arrangement, and if the supplier has already handled the maintenance matters, 30% of the price of the goods will be required as an administration fee and handling fee; (b) After delivery, but the packaging of the product has not been opened, we may, at our discretion, change the product model for the customer, provided that the customer needs to pay 30% of the difference in price, freight and the price of the goods as an administration fee and handling fee; (c) The return and exchange guarantee does not apply after delivery and the product packaging has been opened.
  • Does ADI have a store?

  • Does ADI have a showroom?
    We are working hard to prepare and the showroom will be open to customers in the near future (reservation required).
