Warranty Info
Hong Kong local products enjoy a 3-year warranty and maintenance service, including on-site maintenance in the first year and parts coverage in the second and third years (on-site inspection fee of $600, excluding issues caused by human use).
If the door lock is installed by a non-authorized locksmith, no warranty service will be provided.
** If the customer installs this product outdoors or in semi-exposed areas, any product issues caused by weather factors will not be covered by the warranty.
** (Additional accessories/special circumstances fees, if any, will be quoted after consultation and collected by the technician on-site).
Old door accessories fee: HKD$300
Unequal double door accessories fee: HKD$300
Installation of metal doors or special circumstances will incur additional charges (please inquire with our customer service).
Additional charges for remote areas: HKD$300-$500 (depending on the walking time after getting off, including areas such as Discovery Bay, Park Island, Lantau Island, Tung Chung, Cheung Chau, Peng Chau, Mui Wo, Lamma Island, etc., or areas not accessible by walking due to transportation limitations).
For units not directly accessible by elevator, an additional HKD$50 will be charged per floor of stairs; emergency repair services will be quoted separately.
Once the installation appointment is confirmed, any changes or postponements must be notified at least three working days in advance. If rescheduling occurs within less than three working days, an administrative fee of HKD$300 will be charged by the company.
If the customer fails to install on time after making an appointment (in the case of immediate cancellation due to customer issues, an administrative fee of HKD$600 will be charged), and subsequent appointments also result in failure to install, the transaction will be canceled without a refund.
In the event of extreme weather conditions or special circumstances (black rainstorm warning, typhoon signal number 8 or above, or extreme situations), the appointment will be rescheduled.
