Google Assistabt and HomeKit Support
The Door Lock A100 is designed to work natively with HomeKit and will also support the unlock via Google Assistant.
Remotely-Configurable Passwords and Settings
Finally, the passwords and lock settings can be configured remotely via Zigbee, which allows the A100 to be used in property rental or hotel industry.
Mechanical Key and Type-C Port
Even if the batteries run out, you can still open the A100 by using a mechanical key or by charging it via the hidden Type-C port.

Warranty Info
Hong Kong genuine products enjoy a 2-year warranty and maintenance service, including on-site maintenance in the first year and parts coverage in the second year (on-site inspection fee of $600 applies). Human-induced usage issues are excluded.
If the door lock is installed by a non-authorized locksmith, no warranty service will be provided.
** If customers install this product outdoors or in partially exposed areas, any product issues caused by weather factors will not be covered by the warranty.
** (For additional accessories/special circumstances charges, a quotation will be provided after consultation, and the fee will be collected by the technician during the on-site visit.)
Old door accessory cost: HKD$300
Unequal double door accessory cost: HKD$300
Installation of metal doors or special circumstances will incur additional charges (please inquire with our customer service first)
Additional charges for remote areas: HKD$300-$500
(depends on walking time after disembarking)

For units that cannot be directly reached by elevator, an additional HKD$50 will be charged per flight of stairs; emergency repair services will be quoted separately
Once an installation appointment is confirmed, any changes or postponements must be notified at least three working days in advance. If rescheduling is done with less than three working days' notice, an administrative fee of HKD$300 will be charged.
If the customer fails to install on time due to customer issues (cancellation of appointment on the same day due to customer problems, an administrative fee of HKD$600 will be charged), and if a subsequent appointment is not fulfilled, the transaction will be canceled, and no refund will be given.
In extreme weather conditions or special circumstances (black rainstorm warning, typhoon signal number 8 or above, or extreme situations), the appointment will be rescheduled.
