Anti-peeping electronic keypad: PIN Genie® is a keypad with four sets of buttons, each consisting of three digits. The position of each digit changes automatically with every use, ensuring a different layout each time. Even if someone tries to peek, it would be difficult to guess the correct password.
3D live fingerprint sensing technology: The fingerprint sensor can scan fingerprints in as fast as 0.39 seconds and unlock within 0.5 seconds. It can distinguish between real and fake fingerprints, rejecting any attempts to mimic fingerprints. The system can store up to 99 fingerprint data, making it suitable for commercial establishments and educational facilities. It's worth noting that severed fingers cannot pass the authentication since only "live" fingerprints are recognized.
Bluetooth application: The LOCKLY® smart lock features built-in 256-bit Bluetooth encryption technology, allowing connection to the LOCKLY® mobile application for lock management and settings. Bluetooth technology does not require internet connectivity, ensuring protection against network attacks. Additionally, RFID cards or dedicated mechanical keys can be used for door access.
RFID smart cards: Register and activate the included smart cards to manage and revoke registered card permissions at any time.
Offline Access Code: Use the Offline Access Code (OAC™) to grant access to the lock without time or location constraints. When you have visitors, create an OAC™ on your phone and send it to them via email, SMS, WhatsApp, WeChat, or any other compatible method. They can enter your property under your authorization without the need to download an application. The LOCKLY® smart lock operates without an internet connection, ensuring no vulnerability to network attacks. The OAC™ can be set as a one-time password or a reusable password within a specified time frame.

Applicable only within the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, including Hong Kong Island, Kowloon, and the New Territories.
Remote areas such as Discovery Bay, Ma Wan, Lantau Island (Cheung Chau, Lamma Island, Peng Chau, Hei Ling Chau, etc.) will incur an additional remote area surcharge of HKD 500.
[Floor Surcharge]
If the installation location is not on the ground floor and there is no elevator available for the technician to access the installation floor, you are required to pay a floor surcharge in cash. The surcharge is HKD 100 per floor.
The related fees will be collected by the installation technician on-site.

Unless the company cannot provide any available installation dates or time slots to you, the installation service should be completed within 45 days from the next day of placing the order.
If you need to reschedule after making an appointment, you must notify the company's customer service at least 4 working days before the scheduled installation day. Otherwise, an administrative fee will be charged (whichever is higher):
